With Check Before Calling on your Android phone, anyone can text you and receive an automatic response with your availability (by manual selection: busy or available) as well as your current GPS location before attempting to call you. You can also easily check others' statuses and locations (if they also have "Check Before Calling") with a simple click on your contact list.

Privacy is not an issue, for you may choose the "Confirmation Needed" option to manually decide whether or not to send a response to a certain person.
