Motor Mail lets you send a message to that annoying guy that cut you off, the girl that waved at you from the convertible, or the guy parked in the handicap spot with his sports car. Simply enter in the license plate number and state and send your message. It?s completely anonymous, unless you choose to leave your email address. To check your own messages, just enter your license plate number and state under ?Check my messages? and you will see every message sent to you sorted by date and time. You can even check other people?s license plates to see how many people complained about that guy driving while texting or the car that is parked across two spots at a busy mall. Check your messages often because you never know when someone will send you Motor Mail!
