Just started doing strength training with kettlebells. I'm a woman of a \n" + 'certain age and I was advised to ease off aerobic activities and add \n' + 'strength training. This app works great for my needs. I was introduced to \n' + 'new exercises, I can adjust workouts to the time I have to work out, I can \n' + 'design my own workout, and it shows how to do the workout. Kudos to the \n' + 'creators!
Very good app for endurance exercices. The only things I can to claim is that the model don't move naturally (for instance, didn't move legs for Russian Swing) and the counter limited to steps of 60 times or 60 second each exercices (210=30+60+60+60), strange counter in my mind, not userfriendly. Good app yet need to progress, 5 stars for congatulation for that work and encouragement from myself to continue working on it.
This is a great tool, the demos are very clear and the app is easy to understand. If you quit during a session you don't get any points towards your personal score even if you've completed twelve rounds prior. I would like to be able to categorize custom workouts by back, body, arms ect. but other than that it's awesome, great job!
a lot of really good kettlebell exercises to choose from, several well planned workouts covering the whole body, videos of all exercises, the ability to alter and change things in the workouts as well as make your own custom workouts from the long list of exercises. whats not to like? i love this app! great job!
