We aimed at developing an Android application that depicts all helpline numbers in a city that are very helpful to users under various circumstances. Helpline numbers includes (Railway Station, Police Station, Firebrigade, Municipal Coroporation etc.). The basic aim of the system is to develop a low cost solution for GPS based Human tracking system which can applied to various domains of the industrial and personal use just by using the very common mean i.e. mobile with android enabled. This app can be used to track the current location of the person which has an android enabled mobile by extracting the longitude and latitude of that target person.This reduce risk and bring assistance when we need it and help us to identify the location of the one in danger. This is a smartphone app that helps people to ensure their safety using their devices. Human Beings are adept at mobilizing diverse groups for a common cause. Women's are not as physically strong as men, in an emergency situation a helping hand would be a relief for them.The best way to minimize your chances of becoming a victim of violent crime (robbery, rape, domestic violence) is to identify and call on resources to help you out of dangerous situations.Whether you're in immediate trouble or get separated from friends during a night out and don't know how to get home, having these app on your phone can reduce your risk and bring assistance when you need it.The application is web based and should be available for every people who have the possibility to 1.
