You choose the most accurate mood for you.
The app will offer you a series of questions to find out why you feel that way.
The system will offer you an exercise and its corresponding playlist.
You can also search for specific challenges by type (self-help, challenges, courses, live events, etc.) and their duration. They range from five minutes to 40, depending on the goal you want to achieve.
