  • If you're serious about improving your nutrition and exercise habits this app can take you there. It helps with awareness and accountability, even if you're doing it solo (you can add friends and see each others progress if you want). You can get involved in the LoseIt community if you want to challenge yourself. It's easy to use and effective if you stick to your goals. I lost over 10 lbs in the first two months and that's saying something!

  • Today i stepped on the scale and i have reached my goal. I lost 39 pounds in about 4 1/2 months with this app and exercise. None of my cloths fit anymore, way to big. I love it. I highly recommend this app. Btw... I ate whatever i wanted, just not overeating. This included ice cream, cookies, candy, and other stuff that people sassy not to eat when you want to lose weight. All things in moderation.

  • Really fantastic app. Easy to use and follow and has helped me lose 26kg in 4 months. A friend told me about it and I have since recommended to everyone. I just use the free app and so have to put up with a daily ad for the paid app but it's not a hardship considering how useful the free version is.

  • This app is simple to use, intuitive and allows you to add foods not listed. There's a calculator for calories or nutrients (protein, fat, carb) so you can tailor and restructure your eating habits by looking at your worst foods.

  • Has everything I need and more. Love that I can just scan a barcode on any product and all the info is available. Tracking is simple. This ap makes me enjoy keeping track of food and exercise. I've never said THAT before!
