The app works wonderful. Actually just need to understand how the apps work. I'm too at early stage find its not how its works. Very slow n yet did not top up the cards. But after sometime I realised that I've just need to follow the step slow n steady and that how I find it's wonderful very easy and my top up value did not go missing.
Previous Version:Crapy app and customer service is pathetic Dated 22 March 2019: I changed the app rating today because there is vast improvement and it works with a small game. Excellent thinking.
Very convenient to use. Plus now I realized you get to have reward points which you can offset as a discount from their merchandise partners. Really worth having this app 👍👍👍 saves my time ⏰
Ezreload takes time to update, about a day after u first activate, you will need to scan your card again. Then it will be updated.
convenient top-up for my children's concessionary cards. i tried auto top-up to their concessionary cards and hopefully it'll work. ;)
Love the new design of the app, simple and easy to navigate around. Look forward to more vouchers I can redeem with the points!
