All training plans created by the app are science based and tailored to your needs. For example, you decide how often you want to train and which muscles you want to focus on in the gym. Of course, you can also create your own plans!

Our algorithm analyzes your performance in past workouts and gives you precise recommendations of how much weight and how many reps you should go for to achieve maximal muscle gain.

Track weights, reps, RIR, and take notes on exercises. The rest timer notifies you when it's time for the next set.

After every workout we'll show you a list of your personal records and other achievements, like performing an exercise with 100 lbs for the first time.

450+ exercise videos ensure you perform every exercise effectively and safely. In the exercise evaluations, you can find details about how good an exercise is for building muscle. The exercises are categorized by muscle and equipment, so you can quickly find suitable exercises for your workout plan. You can also add your own exercises for increased customization.

Find correlations and optimize your training! For example, you can see how many sets you have performed for the chest in the last 3 months in the gym and how your bench press performance has progressed as a result.

Structure your training in cycles, schedule deloads, and plan. For example, you can create a plan where the number of sets and the level of effort (RIR) are increased from week to week.

Share your plan with friends, followers or coaching clients. Recipients can customize the shared plan to their needs.

Easily export your training data as a .csv file and open it with apps like Excel.

Use Alpha Progression for free or upgrade to the Pro version. The plan generator, progression recommendations, graphical analytics and other features are only available to Pro users.

You can choose between two subscription options: pay month by month, or commit to your training with Alpha Progression for a year and receive a discount! When you subscribe for the first time, you automatically get a free two-week trial period.

During your trial period you can use all of the Pro features. The initial term of your paid subscription begins after the trial period and only if you did not cancel your subscription via the Play Store.

Your subscription will automatically renew for the subscription length if you do not cancel it via the Play Store at least 24 hours before its end.

Very nice app and simple to use. Haven't logged anything yet but have a basic 3 day routine scheduled in for when I get chance to start on my fitness. Plenty of options available for exercises. One addition that would be nice is a cardio type section for days when I'm not doing weights and doing burpee's/Hill climbs etc then I can keep track of it all in the same place. Or maybe just add them to the bodyweight exercises so I could make my own cadio routine up. Keep up the good work.. Thanks
This is the best gym app. Workout recommendations are stellar, the UI is clean and easy to use, and the instructional videos are clear and concise with a real person and descriptive instructions. No watching a gif of a cartoon and then trying to figure out the mechanics of a new exercise. Reccomendation: it would be nice if there were single leg variants of machine exercises (like leg extension and leg press) for more accurate data tracking.
Great app especially for bigginers or advance lighters looking to track their progress, make notes, or learn new exercises. The app has vast range of exercises to choose from, with the option to even app your own exercise. It's also very user friendly with guide and support to help you with any problem you may encounter. Dev team are also super friendly and always looking for ways to improve the app.
Basic but effective screens,Easy to use, as a begginer it offers videos and details of what muscles you are actually working on, give alternatives for exercises if you want to mix it up or the gyms busy and you need to change what your doing, which I find very useful. I've used jet fit which I really liked but this seems to be an easier app to navigate. Will update after a few months 🤞
