Not only it is a prudent choice for residents, but it provides effective solutions to the management and authority as well. Previously, it took huge time to record everything, such as managing bills, tracking records, checking dues, maintaining apartment member directories, and more. The entire system needed a large workforce to execute everything properly without errors. These days, owners and management committees can reduce their workload by using this digital app. This application reduces the maintenance costs significantly, as now authority requires no physical staff members to maintain such a vast accounting system. Just by a click on their mouse or smart phones, it is easy to find everything, from the member’s details, their dues, available funds, and other maintenance details.
The management committee and residents get the following facilities with our app:
• Square feet wise maintenance charge is set by the admin and calculated automatically every month for each flat owners
• Dues of the flat owners are calculated automatically month-wise. Residents also can view their dues at any time
• Flat owners can pay annual maintenance charges along with parking, water, and late fees in three payment modes – Cash, Cheque, and online. Even flat owners can pay their dues online from any place and can attach the payment document to help the admin notify about the payment clearance
• Expense heads are managed by the admin and residents can see them by selecting the expense heads through our app
• Admin can view pending dues and available funds in cash and bank
• Through notification, SMS and e-mail, users are notified
• Payment reports, expense reports, income and expenditure reports, and outstanding reports are viewed through the app and controlled by the admin
• Easy communication between residents and management
• Tracking all expenses, generating all financial statements, and reports for auditing
• Using the digital notice board, residents can convey their messages, as well as view the messages provided by the management committee
• Track complaints of residents and managing committee
