Budbee offers your smooth and hassle-free home deliveries when shopping online. We always deliver your goodies to your door at a convenient day and time that suits you!

The app allows you to keep track of all your ongoing and previous Budbee orders.
UPDATE DETAILS
Specify the type of residence you live in as well as adding information about what floor you live on and the entry code/intercom of your shared front door to make your delivery as smooth as possible.
DELIVERY PREFERENCES
Sleeping children or just not home at the time of the delivery? No worries! Choose if you would like us to knock, ring the doorbell or simply leave the parcel outside your door.
KEEPING YOU IN THE LOOP
We will always keep you updated with the latest information about your delivery through notifications via the app. After lunch, on the delivery day, you will also receive a 1-hour time window for your delivery. From 16.00, on the delivery day, you will be able to see your driver and track your delivery in real-time through the tracking link.
EASY RETURNS
Need to make a return? No problem! With the app, you can easily book a pick up for the return. All you need to do is fill out the return form from the e-tailer and pack the products in the original packaging. No need to print a pack-slip, we’ll take care of that! Prior to the day of the return, choose if you would like to hand
over the return to the driver personally or if you just leave the parcel outside your door for us to pick up.
