Love the app, but have a question please . I have kept track of all of the food that I eat and have written down the calories. I am only at 1118 cal for day 1, and that is with a 5 oz steak lol. Evidently the food that I have is lower calorie. Can you please give me some advice? Should I eat more of the foods, like a whole grapefruit, etc? Or leave the calories lower? Thank you.
I love this app i was sceptical.i started yesterday 2 October 2017 i was weighing 84kgs when i woke up today 3 October 2017 in the morning i was feeling light and i got tempted to weigh i was shocked to discover i had lost 3kgs in 1 day today i weighed 81kgs i cant believe it its too gud to be true unless if there is something wrong with my scale.I will keep.updating.
