This app is amazing and well put together. I love the fact that they deliver for most restaurants that would never have delivery and I do not have a car but I still get to enjoy the pleasures of eating out. And they care about their customers when the resturant was messing up my order they called me and worked everything out and made sure I was good on my side and they are always giving promotions a s emails I recommend this to any college student who can't get out ans is tired of food on campus.
Complete waste of time and money. My last order was never delivered and the driver was dishonest about delivery. Order was never delivered, no notifications, no phone call and claimed to have left the order on the porch, which it wasn't... deleted application from phone and will never use again... Horrible service! Edit: Once I got through to customer service they were very helpful. The issue wasn't entirely Bitesquad's fault but rather the delivery driver's mistake...
So far so good! After two orders, everything has been great. On-time delivery, notifications when the driver is about to arrive, driver in uniform shirt. Each driver has been friendly and professional. I plan to use this service again.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Right on time fast and convenient. My delivery person was awesome great personality, even for the few minutes I saw them! I will definitely be using bite Squad again!
Loved the app no issue with use or installation. LOVE that i can visually (via maps) monitor my delivery as well as see my driver (name and pic provided) food delivered within the estimated time.
I had an excellent experience with Bite Squad, the food arrived promptly and it was nice and hot. I will definitely use this service again!
