Excellent! Simple to setup, share as much or as little detail as you wish. Works on Marshmallow lock screen without an obtrusive overlay screen -- just a little, expandable notification box. Only down side is that this same notification will always be available on your status bar. You can hide the icon for it, which also hides it from the lock screen, but the notification itself will remain taking up a bit of space. But, that's a small price to pay for the benefits it provides -- and for free, without ads! Kudos to the developer for keeping a medical assistance app free!
