I've been using this app daily for years and have never had an issue. The interface is cute. The alarms wake you up and are dependable. And lastly, one of my favorite features is the list of top news headlines you get after shutting off alarms. I look at them every morning after my alarm goes off. Love this app.

My characters were not downloading, but I found a solution to it. You have to go to 'App Info' in your settings and press 'Clear Cache'.
Tough I hate paying for the characters but if you can't ever really wake up then this is an alarm for you
