Just started using this app. It does have a bit of a slow start but I like how it breaks down the program making it easier to reach the goal of completing 200 sit ups. You ate able to repeat days if you struggle to proceed so but should still finish the program in a reasonable amount of time. I look forward to continuing the program until I reach the goal
I am encouraging beginners and advanced students to use this 3 times a week be for our national campus of you fail on a day rest for two and redo that day starting 6 to 10 weeks before camp # preparedness # we are all in this together #Feeling Stronger! Still a great app ! Still excellent!
Raced through the first two weeks of training because it starts out as if you were basically only able to do a dozen or so sit ups. The rest seems a bit long but you can zip past it if you like. Fantastic app!
I hurt my back when I was little, and sit ups hurt a lot to do. This app is going slow enough where I don't need to stop for a while after a set
