I used this app last year when I was working at getting fit and I loved it. Fell off the wagon for a while but I'm back, have reinstalled the app and am excited to have completed day 1. I'm dedicated to doing this every day. Great way to start or continue working out!
I'm going to be honest here this app is awesome I'm an overweight high school student and with a month of this app along with the other fitness apps by these guys I already lost 2 pounds and I will keep working until I reach my goal.
I'm a mom of 2, both kids are under the age of 2. Love this app because I can get the workouts done really anywhere/time and not miss a beat with the kids. I'm happy to start rebuilding my strength with this app.
This is a well app for squats . But it should test program .so it should expect to do it. I Like the app ,it should be done daily . But when it gives rest time in that time the voice some no rest .
