Drink Water Tracker is awesome app to drink water and record it. This way you get historical data with water consumption during the month and can improve your hydration habits. The app also has outstanding add-ons with which you can improve your overall health.

I wasn't feeling good and I would go on sick for weeks at a time until I was diagnosed with P.O.T.S (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and the main way for me to get better was drinking ALOT of water. Before I was drinking like a glass of water a day if anything but then I had to drink a gallon. I wasn't good at drinking enough but then I downloaded this app and it has helped me alot. I think doctors should recommend this app.
