I usually have a hard time sticking to exercise routines, but I thought I'd give this app a try. I just moved on to the advanced level and boy can I tell a difference! Combined with an improved diet, I have already lost 15 pounds and gained a considerable amount of muscle. I love the way I feel and I actually look forward to my daily morning workout. I agree with the lack of customization and repetitiveness, but I usually switch the workouts up myself and go beyond the suggested reps.
Really good app if you want a workout at home which I've been doing the last few weeks now I need to switch it up. however I wish there was like certain sections you could do like focus only on legs or focus only on arms. Some days a switch up would be nice! But I'ma keep doing the app and enjoying the moments!
Great app! All the workouts definitely make the muscles being targeted feel the burn in a great way! P.s I'm a personal trainer and I honestly have to say these are great workouts I definitely recommend this app!
