So motivating and encouraging, which is really key for me because I tend to avoid challenges. For the first time in my life, I'm exercising 5 days/wk! Wish the nutrition app was included with the coach, though, and that distances were measured in the Bodyweight app. Give this app a try! It's more affordable than a gym membership, and if you can't get disciplined where it's most convenient (e.g. in your own neighborhood), you will likely not take full advantage of a gym membership.
The app might be improved, e.g. by functionality to chat with other people, more detailed textual exercise descriptions, or analysis of training history. But overall the app is good and helps you exercising. I really like the new workouts added recently (and some bad ones removed). Freeletics is only great if you pay for the coach. But then you receive quite a challenging workout program which pays off.
Great app for beginner wannabe athletes during COVID! There are clear how-to videos for form, workouts are adjusted to your abilities, and the majority of workouts have a bodyweight only option for those of us who can't afford (or don't have space for) fancy equipment. 5 stars!
I'm very happy with the app. It has tought me things I would have never thought I would be able to do. However, I would be still more happy if you could import the running data from other apps like Runkeeper because I don't like the running implementation in this app.
Just completed my first week! I've been training for years but never worked out this hard. Freeletics is tough in a good way. It pushes me to reach feats I never thought I'd reach. I can only imagine what more I can do in the coming days!
Amazing for people who can't make of to the gym... Or for me have someone give you a work out for free. You Just have to be motivated enough to stick with it and try new work outs. The results are motivation enough
