Wysa is AMAZING by far the best sleep and general mental health app I've tried. Not only does it give u great sleep stories and wind down activities u can talk to wysa about how u are feeling and it helps u to reframe that feeling into a positive one! The majority of features are free with only one or two being paid for but the free options are so good I've never needed the subscription. I would 100% recommend to a friend 👍
I love this app you need to get it the coaches do cost money every month but I did not get that but there is this person will not really person that you can talk to and they're like a coach that's technically a free one so you need to get this app it is the best I fall asleep to every night cuz I can never get to sleep so please please please please please get this app it will help you sleep just feel good
Went from chronic insomnia to deep, long sleep within 2 nights of using this app. The cadence of the voice seems a bit odd at first but it's part of the hypnotic element and now I enjoy it. I've yet to hear the end of a single story. Keeps my mind from racing and let's me sleep straight through. Have stopped taking all sleep aids. Thank you Wysa!!
