This is high intensity circuit training with 12 high intensity bodyweight exercises. What the WORK-it-OUT 7 Minutes does: * 3 intensity modes: Low, Medium and High. * Perform the workout with on-screen countdown timers and prompting for each exercise and breaks. * Sound prompt for exercises and breaks. * VOICE prompt for exercises and breaks! * No need for additional timers. * No confusion on what exercise to do next. * Pause the workout whenever you want (f.e. if you want longer rest or must answer very important phone call :). * You can Skip any exercise or break (f.e. you can skip to another exercise or make rest shorter).
