App và dịch vụ của Be có chất lượng rất tốt. Ngày đầu triển khai (17/12/2018) nhưng đã có rất nhiều tài xế trải khắp Hà Nội (không như Go-Viet giai đoạn đầu, rất ít tài xế). Chức năng đặt xe hoạt động tốt và ổn định (không lỗi như các app của Vn khác như Vato hay Fastgo). Tài xế mặc đồng phục màu vàng nhìn rất dễ nhận biết (để nhận diện giữa đường đông lúc xe tới đón khách) và chuyên nghiệp (không như Go-Viet, 1 số tài xế chạy GV nhưng mặc đồng phục Grab), thái độ phục vụ tốt và thân thiện. Dù mình khó tính nhưng trải nghiệm ban đầu của mình với Be là hài lòng, nếu dịch vụ trong tương lai vẫn tốt như hiện tại thì sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ cho Be. Người Việt Nam ưu tiên dùng hàng Việt Nam :)
tui book xe xong cái sập nguồn, may sao gặp được anh tài xế tử tế, chạy lại hỏi han thông tin đàng hoàng rồi chở về, còn dặn dò lưu ý nhớ chú ý sạc điện thoại nữa.
