【What to do when contents do not appear on the display】

The brightness of your surroundings will affect the visibility of the display.
If your surroundings are too dark, you can also use the LED light to help you see.

The following situation may occur, when the server couldn't afford, the scan server is down of speed.

The problem of server crashes would never happen. Please avoid to use the app during rush hours and it will return normally.
