Darkseid is attacking the planet Earth, destroying a military base. A member of the Justice League where the player selected is associated with the other members to obtain information and assistance, and after the attack on him these heroes in their respective areas, begins to resist them. The hero defeats the other members of the Justice League, thus realizes that others are not real members of the league, and their androids clones. Both lead the hero to Darkseid, which makes him fight his robot clone an exact copy. After defeating the clone, the hero must face to face Darkseid.
