- Clarify — the killer flow. Process Inbox runs you through your captures one at a time, card-stack style. Each card walks the full GTD decision tree: actionable? Two-minute rule? Delegate? Single step or a project? When? Where? You hit inbox-zero faster than you thought possible.
- Organize — the canonical GTD lists. Inbox, Next Actions, Projects, Waiting For, Someday/Maybe, Calendar, Reference. Plus a real Project type with outcome, next-action warning, and Active / On Hold / Someday / Done / Dropped status.
