Fortune Telling blends Western astrology and traditional Chinese divination into a single, calm, offline companion.
Western astrology
Enter a birth date, time, and place to calculate your Sun, Moon, and Ascendant (rising) sign using real astronomical position data (via the astronomy-engine library), not a simplified date lookup table. Birth time and location are used only for the calculation on your device and are never sent anywhere.
I Ching (Yi Jing) divination
Cast one of the 64 hexagrams with a traditional coin-toss style ritual, including changing lines and the resulting transformed hexagram, each paired with interpretive guidance.
Daily Chinese almanac (黄历)
A daily card showing the lunar date, the days guardian deity, auspicious and inauspicious activities (宜/忌), directional conflicts (冲煞), lunar mansion (星宿), and a reference table of auspicious hours (吉时参考), computed locally from the lunar calendar.
Privacy
The app makes no network requests and includes no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. All calculations run entirely on your device.
