Bote Personal Finance app for Android description
Bote manages the shared accounts of a group of people: create one card per event, note who paid for what and how it is split, and get the final report with the minimum set of transfers needed to settle up.
Features:
- Event cards with avatar, date, location, title and description.
- Attendees added from your contacts or by hand, each with a colored initials avatar.
- Entries (a good or service paid by one person) with an icon category and budgeted, spent and paid amounts.
- Split by faders: equal parts or custom percentages, with pins to lock a share so moving one fader redistributes only the open ones.
- Final report with who pays whom, category breakdown and per-user payment marks.
- Serverless sharing: an event travels as a JSON file or a QR code and merges entry by entry (last edit wins, payment marks never lost, deletions stick).
Optional automatic cloud sync against a user-provided Supabase / PostgREST server is available but disabled by default; every event defaults to local-only sharing. The app is fully usable offline.
