If you are training outdoor, running or cycling, this app can track and record it all. It is great because of the recording of all activities like sleep, time spend walking and resting, heart rate and more.
Use Polar Flow to get detailed insights of your physical activity. Track burned calories along with steps you make everyday. You can set goals to achieve more active time.
All of your tracked outside activities can be viewed on a map. This way you can view detailed stats of every step taken along the route. All of this data is accessible on web at Flow's website. Just login with your account and explore it. But be aware that someone may find you on this map.
